As part of Bakoena Royal Council five-year strategic plan prioritising education, the Bakoena Royal Council identified the need for a community library
as a key development initiative, thuto e le motheo wa ntshetsopele ya setjhaba.
The Council drafted and submitted a funding proposal to the African Rainbow Minerals Trust, which was approved.
The library is being developed on land donated by the Bakoena Royal Council near the the Royal House, reflecting its commitment to community advancement, pontsho ya boitlamo ba ho sebeletsa setjhaba.
The library is named in honour of Kgosatsana Manapo Mopeli, ho tswela pele ka lefa la hae le letle.
The Council extends its sincere appreciation to African Rainbow Minerals and Patrice Motsepe for this valued partnership, which will establish the only community library in QwaQwa.Re a leboha haholo ka tshehetso ena e tla tlisa lesedi la tsebo ho QwaQwa.
